The IANUS Simulation GmbH [90], with its approximately 50 employees, has now stood for experience and expertise in the field of 3D CFD simulation for 16 years. In addition to simulations for the plastics industry, the optimization of machines for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as the design of chemical reactors, ovens or heat exchangers, and the simulation of air and wind flows are core competencies. The business areas encompass pure services and individual software solutions. In the automation of processes in the execution of simulations, IANUS is one of the leading companies with 20 automation projects per year for clients from various industries. The technical core is the StrömungsRaum® framework [85], which provides mature software solutions and high-performance.
